I can't remember clearly well why I decided to burst AlertPay. At least with 2CheckOut I can process payment from PayPal users. I totally agree with you that it is quite a lot of headache and heartache dining with PayPal. I've got some fund hanging in a PayPal account that I was using. I didn't opened an illegal account though, I was using the account of a friend. Eventually, the account was frozen because of my IP address. I guess PayPal is just a necessary evil.
