Well.. probably most used and most needed plugins for wordpress blog.
Thanks. Worth bookmarked and digg
That is a solid list of plugins. I am using most of them on my blog as well. I did discover a new one thanks to you, I never heard of Psychic search until now. I will check it out it seemsworthwhile.
I dislike Akismet, because, just like you said, sometimes it is too zealous
Other plug-ins are very useful, even sometimetimes it is very hard to install them. For example, I had lot of problems before I successfully installed Contact Form 7. Fortunately, they are many other contact forms.
I am looking for some real time plug ins for Wordpress. Need something like Live Forex Quotes. If you know where I can find them, please reply!
Thanks! Kiss!
@ Artist with Lord title: I wouldn't advice you to deactivate Akismet. Just let it be. Personally akismet doesn't really do much for me know as adding SI CAPTCHA to my comment form has reduced spam on my blog to 99%.
@ Sugar: If I come across something like that I'll let you know. In the mean time I suggest you google it. You never can tell what you may find. Check out Stock quotes plugin here http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wikinvest-stock-quotes/
The sitemap needs to be submitted to search engines as well via the ping url.
Great list, I think Akismet is the most used plug-in by users, and thanks for the other very useful plug-ins.
Top of the pops is easily Keyword Luv! It not only bring people flooding in, but gives your readers something in return. Great list.
Thanks for all the comments
