How To Read YouTube Videos For Low Bandwidth Users
While writing Monday’s post on How To Add Nofollow To WordPress Tags and Tag Cloud , I discovered a feature of YouTube videos that’s quite useful to folks like me who sometimes find themselves browsing on a slow internet connection or restricted monthly bandwidth.
This feature is called Interactive Script and can be seen in action @ Do Tag Clouds Help Or Hinder SEO?. Unfortunately it’s not available for every YouTube video.

Clicking on the Interactive Transcript icons pops down a menu such as that shown below in which you can read the entire script of the video without having to waste your bandwidth or wait hours for the whole video to load
.

What other YouTube features do you know of that could be of use to low and limited internet bandwidth users? Do please share with us.

For me, I download the videos by going to http://keepvid.com and downloading something like an addon, and whenever there is a video on youtube I just have to click the keep it button on my toolbar and the video would be saved on my computer or I add kiss before the youtube url, that is how I get my youtube videos and they are mine to be transferred to any device I want!
Awesome discovery there man! I’m not really into Youtube SEO yet, but I’m already setting my plans for my youtube profile (since they do really give powerful backlinks and useful in keyword rankings).
By the way, I’ve decided to take the plunge and offer my services as an SEO, if in case I find some clients that need blogs to be setup I know who to run to

Jason
If I had some talent when it comes to creating videos for YouTube, I would definitely jump on the bandwagon. That way I’d offer a text version of my blog posts and aan audiovisual version

BTW thanks for the offer and also for the birthday greetings/wishes
