My profound apologies to all my past commentators who got the email I sent earlier in the day. I’m apologizing cos some of you might have received that email repeatedly depending on how many comments you had left on my blog
It so happens I was using Contact Commenters plug-in for the first time as a means of alerting you all about new developments/changes to the blog.
Unfortunately, I never noticed that the plug-in had no provision to automatically remove duplicate email addresses before I pushed the send button.
It was never my intention to somewhat of spam your mailboxes. So here and now, I’m apologizing and hoping I’m forgiven.
Thanks for all your comments.
P.S: Contact Commenters plug-in is a lovely addition to the wordpress plug-in repository and I endorse it though it might need a bit of improvements with duplicate emails.

Thanks for the shout out. In fact, the plugin does not send duplicate duplicate mails. The only time it picks duplicate mails is when somebody has used the 'same email address but multiple names to comment'. Even in that case you can quickly scan through the list before sending, select the ones you want to remove and use the 'Remove selected' button.
Hope this helps...
The plugin does not send around automatic mails and hence it cannot cause spam if used judiciously
It is in fact meant for sending more personalized mails.
Cheers,
Ajith

@ Ajith Edassery: Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. Guess I have to be more careful when sending mail. If I'd known about the multiple names, I would have weeded them out before pressing the send button. Thanks again for a great plug-in.
Cheers
P.S: By the way, the name is Udegbunam Chukwudi, not Bryan. I've corrected it in your comment.;)
