LatestNigerianJobs Releases Guide To Blogger Blogs
Posted by Udegbunam Chukwudi on July - 21 - 2010
Eromosele Aweriale who owns the spot for Alexa’s 4th most popular job site in Nigeria (LatestNigerianJobs) has collaborated with Tony Areghan to create the first concise guide to running a blogspot blog.
The E-book titled How I Make 225,000 Naira from My Internet Business Every Month, covers the following topics in it’s 196 pages:
- Registering and hosting a website for free (Blogger Platform)
- Designing your website after registration
- Updating your website
- Registering with Google Adsense via Blogger and making money from it
- Receiving your money here in Nigeria via DHL every month
- Promoting and growing your website to the point where you can be making as much as N225,000 every month.
Loaded with tons of images to guide you through, this e-book comes HIGHLY recommended for those who don’t want to host with WordPress.com or buy server space of their own. A primary school student could follow this guide to the tee without a hitch
.
I must say that when my roommate showed me the e-book, I was stunned. Lord knows how many hours a day of hardwork, it took them both to get the e-book finished. Most Nigerian reports don’t even show that much dedication @ all.
Here are my favorite quotes from the e-book
Most people don’t make money from online website business in Nigeria due to three main reasons:
- Ignorance, lack of knowledge and wrong information
- Unseriousness and laziness
- Lack of patience and perseverance
Only when the foundation has been laid and the website begins to grow should you expect to reap the fruits of all your hard work and sweat. But before that time comes, you will need to put in several hours building, updating, growing and promoting your website.
I can personally testify to this being so TRUE! Blogging for money is HARDWORK and the only way you can possibly keep going @ it is if you LOVE IT! Till date, I continue to learn and apply all knowledge gathered to this site in hope that @ some point in time, I’ll strike that elusive GOLD
.
If you want to follow the free, no-expense, no-capital method explained in this book, then you need to prepare yourself to wait 9 to 12 months before you can start getting anything above N40,000 or N50,000 regularly.
Another fact folks! If you can’t wait as long as 1 year to see rewards for your sweat, you are advised to just quit thinking about making money online.
Charging for the book is to ensure that anybody who buys the book must view the business very seriously and show the needed level of commitment.
This is another major problem with some folks who just got wind of the fact that one could easily earn a living online. There’s a ton of free information available online but yet they are not moved to take action and put them into practice.
Selling a report/e-book without a refund is a surefire way of getting buyers to commit to putting into practice what the report contains. Be careful though with the no-refund policy thing as if the product is a HOT MESS, your unfortunate victims could gang up and sink your reputation in a flash ![]()
This e-book costs N2,000 @ the moment but is bound to hit N6,500 anytime soon.
As clearly stated on the sales page, it will take a maximum of two weeks after you pay to receive your e-book via email. This is because of the rush.
It took my roommate 1 week and 3 days after paying to get his own copy.

UPDATE: The price of the guide has been upped to N2,500 and will stay put till August 31, 2010 when it shall rise again. Also the authors have added a 30-day money back guarantee as part of their offering.

Thanks Udegbunam. I will have to check out his guide and how he does it. I am sure it would work for any niche and in any country, not just Nigeria
Thanks for sharing.
It should work for any country but I don’t think he’s selling to overseas customers @ the moment.
Do you think this guide could be altered to use with WordPress?
Nope. It’s focused on Blogger blogs entirely.
how much is 225,000 Naira in US dollars? that’s quite interesting man, especially doing it with a blogspot blog (knowing that the platform is very weak in terms of SEO, even though Google owns it). I’ve done some experiments about blogger.com about 5 months ago, but I wasn’t able to finish it
but one thing that I’m sure about it is that blogger blogs have fast crawl rates.
That’s like $1,400 a month using the N140 – 1USD exchange rate. From what I gather, it wasn’t done with a blogspot blog but with a wordpress blog. In fact when I asked him why write a guide to blogger when he’s evidently using wordpress, he says it’s because most Nigerians are fond of Blogger and that’s quite true.
I’m somewhat of tired of blogger and will soon be retiring the only blog I’ve got there.
whao, so much for just providing information, I know the unemployment rate in Nigeria is quite high, this post teaches me one thing make information that is needed available, and the traffic will come!
Thanks for sharing!
That’s why information marketing is quite lucrative BUT the thing is if you put out a crappy report, you can kiss your infomarketing business good bye in a flash.
Na wa oh. 225,000 naira monthly is wow! i guess i need to sit up, i was feeling good with the peanuts i make. its good sha to see these kind of posts, helps you to be more determined. I am still on blogger, and i think its because its easier to use (since i am not an IT person), and its free. dont know much about wordpress hosting though. i tried to use a wordpress hosting service a while back, but they insisted on revenue sharing and they were chopping all my money, talkless of the fact that i woke up one day and they had disappeared. I still like blogger though, but i am sure very soon i would move to wordpress. i think it has many plugins that are beneficail to search engine. 225,000 per month? I must reach there.
Right on point. The technical aspects involved in setting up a wordpress blog is exactly the reason why most folks stick with blogger but there are folks that help others setup wordpress blogs now
pls i really need to get this book, how do i get or place an order………i’m current based in lagos state. pls its urgent! Thanx for sharing.
