How To Register For ClickBank As A Nigerian

Posted by Udegbunam Chukwudi Under Make Money Online On September 14, 2009 41 COMMENTS

Registering for a ClickBank affiliate account is very easy and can be done in less than 2 minutes. Unfortunately Nigeria is among the list of countries, that aren’t included in the list of accepted countries. Here are two ways of successfully registering for ClickBank as a Nigerian.

WARNING: Do not buy any information product claiming to show you how to register for ClickBank as a Nigerian! The information below is the exact same thing you will get from them

Option Number One

Get a virtual address from GraphCard and use it to sign up for a ClickBank affiliate account. Get the details at the 2nd Commandment of the Top 10 Commandments Of Paid Online Surveys.

When asked for your phone number on the registration form, use Graphcard’s which is 301-483-9500.

Option Number Two

This is simple and straight forward. Get a trusted friend or family that lives in a ClickBank accepted country to open an account for you. Also make sure, he or she has a Tax Payer ID number.

Personally, I prefer the Option Number 2 and here is why.

Option 1 limits you to earnings of $600 a year. As soon as you make over $600 a year in commissions, you’ll be required to present a Tax Payer ID number that is linked to the Payee Name.

With Option 2, your friend registers for you and presents his/her own Tax Payer ID making it easy for you. You could even come up with an arrangement to split profits for his/her help.

NOTE:You can always change your payee name and country ANYTIME you wish.

That’s all you need to know about getting a clickbank account as a Nigerian.

  1. Fantastic info. Does this also apply to getting a paypal account verified in Nigeria?

  2. Obafemi from Great Unlimited Opportunities says:

I just read your post on opening a clickbank account. I do have a trusted relative abroad who I can use his address but when been asked for a tax payer id, can I produce the person’s id with my name? hope it won’t contradict? Secondly, when he receives the check and sends to me can I pay the check into my account here in Nigeria without having any problems whatsoever with clickbank or does he have to cash it on my behalf. I just hope it does not limit the opportunities i have.

    • The best idea is to have the Clickbank account registered under your friend’s name and his tax payer ID. When your checks arrives, he cashes them and sends the money to you via Western Union or Money Gram. That’s the only LEGITIMATE way I know a Nigerian can work with ClickBank without getting axed/burnt.

P.S: I noticed you left a link in your comment but I had it removed cos it was against my comment policy. I guess you didn’t wait for Commentluv to pick your feed url before you submitted your comment. Anyway I edited your name to include the keyword you were targeting. Hope you don’t mind ;)

PLZ IS CLICKBANK FREE TO OPEN BCOZ I PREFER OPTIOM 1 TO GET A GRAPHCARD ADDRESS?

  4. Jeamm says:

i am using both Clickbank and infolinks ads on my website. Clicbank generates more money than infolinks but your website should be getting lots of us traffic.

P.S: Comment author’s URL was removed cos website was looking “shady”

  5. Morgan says:

    Big Brother,
I call so because somehow i ended up spending nothing less than an hour on this site. You have lectured me on Graphcard. i was formally scared of that name. i ve registered & pls permit me to contact u soon.
    Thanks a million

  6. Morgan says:

Pls in addition to the last comment waiting for an answer,
1.I ve opened Graphcard & VTN account. Can i use this Graphcard to open ClickBank and Paypal account?, if yes, then what if i want to sign up with ClickBank & or Paypal,They do not have or accept Nigeria in the address space, so pls tell me what to do

    2. in trying to get a virtual address with Graphcard, will they really be montly chages?

    3. I ve GTB dorm. account, what about using GTB Master Card along with Graphcard,& how wil it be merged?
    .

    • Question 1: You don’t need GraphCard to open a clickbank account and as far as I know, you can’t open a PayPal account with GraphCard. Since ClickBank doesn’t accept Nigerians, you’ll have to get a virtual address from GraphCard and then sign up as though you were from the States. The best way is to get someone residing in a ClickBank accepted country to open an account for you.

Question 2: Virtual Addresses from GraphCard attract a monthly fee. Simply check their website for their price offers

Question 3: I’m clueless about merging GTB Master Card along with Graphcard. I don’t know if it’s possible.

Feel free to contact me aagin and please make your questions as clear as possible. Cheers ;)

  7. Olusegun says:

I asked my friend to do so for me too and asked him to let them know that the account will be accessed from Nigeria. They accepted and I even have the verification badge html code.

I have since been receiving payments in the account.

Another way to I used recently to open a CB account was to do so at a cafe that had the administrator’s account hooked with the Isreali ISP directly. That way, the IP address was foreign.

    So far no hassles yet.

I wish to know the dollar rate for graphcard when you pay thru bank and notify them.Is it normal currency rates or somehw special rate like fastecash rate on Liberty reserve?

    • I really don’t know the current exchange rate for graphcard but what I do know is that lots of folks are complaining about their services most especially their aversion to answering phone calls and replying email. I wouldn’t really advise you to do business with them given the boat of load of complaints.
