With the advent of spammy comments, blog owners are very wary of comments they approve on their blogs.

I am one of those blog owners.

If you’re a regular around the popular blogs, you might have noticed that quite an amount of bloggers now consider comments such "Great Tips"and "What an excellent post" as spam despite the fact that some bloggers are of the opinion that sometimes commenters are just not in the mood for writing lengthy comments or just don’t have much to say.

Well, if you’re new to the act of blog commenting, here are 7 surefire ways of getting your comments approved on a new blog you just discovered. Once the blog owner is familiar with your name/brand, you can be rest assured that ANY comment you leave on that blog will be approved (That is of course if you don’t start insulting or spamming him/her in the future).

On Sunday 11 July 2010, I made up my mind that it was time I started providing a service on my blog and thus I decided on the Blog Setup service. Having only a few ideas of mine with regards what a proper blog setup service should offer, I wrote for help with the post: Help! What Makes An Excellent Blog Setup Service?

Aaron of Blog Reaction commented that I should add SEO to the service and that got me nervous ’cause I wasn’t sure what a proper SEO service entailed.

On the night of Tuesday 13 July 2010, I decided that the best thing to do was to contact those who have been blogging long before I came on the scene and have also been successfully @ it i.e. the ProBloggers.

Of the 20 bloggers I contacted, only 11 of them have had the time/opportunity to leave a feedback and here are their opinions on what a good SEO service entails.

In my opinion, if you would like to start a blog setup service and include SEO service to your package, then the first thing you should think of is how to introduce the new blog to major search engines by finding the right keywords, and write down a good title and description that has at least two different keywords, and suggest a few SEO plugins that can be used to enhance search engines optimization along with an explanation for each plug-in and how to use it.

Another important thing is working to get more external backlinks to a blog, and how to effectively link internally to increase time on site!

Some other important advices you can give is to add a special part on how to write a good title, description and a set of keywords for articles or posts that works for search engines without neglecting blog readers.

Actually there is a lot you can include to give a powerful SEO service!

Google Google Google! What would my life online be without this company? Ever since Yahoo shut down one of my email accounts because of their 60 days of inactivity clause, I moved over to Gmail and have been hooked ever since. Yahoo further shot themselves in the foot by suddenly becoming slow on dial-up connections and by disabling POP and IMAP on their free accounts.

Do not make the mistake of not implementing this on your blogger blog. It’s one of the few things that will get your readers to stay for longer periods on your site.

When this blog was launched on the blogger platform, I set out to accomplish SEO Optimization and better indexing of my posts.

For a minute I thought to myself, if blogger blogs are owned by Google, they’d automatically be exempted from Google’s Duplicate Content Policy. Well I was living in denial.

A search for this problem on Google, saw me reading up to 3 posts which all came to the same conclusion.
