It's that time again where I show you another way to make money online. This time around it doesn't require much work from you apart from generating traffic
WidgetBucks has been rated a good alternative to Google Adsense in terms of generating passive income for blog owners.
The concept is quite simple. You sign-up for an account with them and upon approval, you log into your account, create the appropriate widgets for your site, paste them on your sites, generate massive amounts of traffic to your site and wait for the money to start rolling in.
It's pretty much like Adsense but in this case, images that attract your readers are used making them want to click and find out more about the products advertised in the widget.
To be specific, you make money through the following ways
- CPC, or Cost-Per-Click ads. Each time a user from the CPC country list clicks on a WidgetBucks ad widget on your site, you get paid. (CPC ads are also known as PPC, or pay-per-click ads.)
- CPM, or Cost-Per-Thousand Impressions. When a user views a CPM ad from one of WidgetBucks' ad partners either as an initial view prior to the widget loading, or from outside the CPC country list, you earn revenue.
- Referrals. When you refer a new WidgetBucks user, you will receive a 15 percent referral fee based on the commissions earned by the people you refer. You'll receive this 15 percent for the full 12 months after the new member joins.

You get paid 45 days after the end of each month via Check for US account holders & PayPal for others.
NOTE: When you install the widget code on your blog, you will not be able to see it if you reside outside of the countries listed in the CPM & CPC Country list but your readers from those countries ill be able to see the ads.
If you want to make sure the widget displays well, you could try what I did when I installed it on my blog. I changed my IP address using Indirect Connection then accessed my blog to make sure the widgets look right. Don't get no funny ideas and start using this means to increase your Cost Per Impression cos you'll get CAUGHT!

My query is in case of CPM and CPC which one is more productive and which one is more cost effective.
